PROJECT GRACE: Developing electrical characterisation methods for future graphene electronics
09/03/2020
The project EMPIR 16NRM01 GRACE - Developing electrical characterisation methods for future graphene electronics, coordinated by INRIM, has successfully reached its end in June 2020.
The three year project substantially contributed to the standardization activity of the IEC/TC 113 "Nanotechnology for electrotechnical products and systems", which initiated new documentary standards for graphene after the input from the GRACE research consortium.
The last number of the project newsletter, with a summary of the project results and impact, has now been published on the project website
