Reference methods and measurement techniques for detection of contaminants in food
In order to guarantee the food safety for consumer, the activity is focused on the development of reference methods and measurement techniques for the characterization of contaminants in food matrices and packaging. The activity includes the development and the use of mathematical-statistical methods for the analysis of chemical measurements and the creation of database to promote the development of laboratory and in-situ measurements to establish the traceability and the origin of provenience of food products.
