Mario Coccia is Research Director at the National Research Council of Italy in the IRCRES-CNR (Torino). He is a social scientist that investigates, with transdisciplinary approaches, the evolution of technologies and dynamics of scientific development. He has conducted scientific studies in manifold international institutions, including the Max Planck Institute of Economics, Georgia Institute of Technology, Yale University, RAND Corporation, Arizona State University, etc. He has a lot of international publications in different disciplines and is member of the editorial board of international journals, such as Sensors, HighTech and Innovation Journal, The Economics of Science, Discover Sustainability, Economics and Business Letters.
