ViraDEP

It has recently been shown that the Raman-DEP technique has great potential in the biological field and in biomedicine thanks to its simplicity and speed of analysis and versatility of application. Thanks to the use of multivariate statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, spectral differences can be identified

between different types of viruses. As part of this project, we intend to propose Raman / DEP technology for the rapid characterization and quantification of viruses, and to evaluate the effect of antivirals or new vaccines in medical research.
