Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 2 pm to 5 pm, the first Workshop on "3D Micro- & Nano-Structures: Fabrication and Measurement" will take place at the INRiM headquarters of Strada delle Cacce 91 in Turin.
The event is organised in the framework of the European project EMPIR 20IND07 and includes a visit to some micro and nanofabrication laboratories, where INRiM researchers will hold their talks.
During the Workshop, Diederik Wiersma, President of the Institute and full professor at the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Florence, will give the conference "The new fundamental units and prospects for metrology".
