The Unit is responsible for the management of INRiM’s research infrastructure (RIs): Piemonte Quantum Enabling Technology, a centre dedicated to quantum, micro- and nanotechnology. 

PiQuET is a research infrastructure that serves as a regional reference centre for the development of new micro- and nanofabrication processes and for the integration of sensors, quantum devices and advanced materials. Its objective is to provide an accessible, competitive and reliable OpenLab, supporting research projects and technology transfer activities, particularly in the fields of metrology and quantum technologies.
