INRiM announces a research startup grant titled “Measurements of the isotopic composition of carbon in CO₂ (δ¹³C-CO₂) in gas mixtures at ambient mole fraction, with a view to the production of Certified Reference Materials”.
The activity, which will last 6 months, will be carried out under the supervision of Dr. Francesca Durbiano at the INRiM headquarters in Turin. The research will focus on research activities concerning the preparation of gravimetric CO₂ mixtures in accordance with international standards ISO 6142-1 and ISO 17034, as well as related stability studies for both mole fraction and carbon isotopic composition.

To be eligible for the grant, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Hold a Master’s Degree in “Chemistry” or in “Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Technologies” or in “Materials Science and Engineering”;
- Hold a degree obtained at a foreign university that has been officially recognized as “equivalent” by the competent Italian universities or by the Italian Ministry of University and Research.

INRiM announces a public competition, based on qualifications and exams, for the recruitment of two fixed-term (two years) research positions (Level VII) under the following profile: Administrative Collaborator (CAM).
The selected candidate will be employed to provide support in the management of national and international research programs and contracts.
The call is open to candidates holding a Secondary School Diploma.
